Microbial Bioinformatics

MICROBIAL BIOINFORMATICS provides scientific advice and custom services in bioinformatic analysis of microbial genomes. It is a spin-off of the Netherlands Bioinformatics Centre (NBIC), Top Institute Food and Nutrition (TIFN), Kluyver Centre for Genomics of Industrial Fermentation and the Center for Molecular and Biomolecular Informatics (CMBI) at Radboud University Medical Centre, Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

Microbial Bioinformatics advices and works together with partners from industry and academia to analyse, compare and interpret genome sequences. Prof. Roland J. Siezen has more than 12 years experience in leading a university group in Bacterial Genomics and Bioinformatics.
