Expert Class - Financing young Life Sciences companies

Expert Class

Life science companies, from emerging to evolved, therapeutics to diagnostics, solo or partnered, are constantly fundraising. Each enterprise must make strategic choices along the way about its desired funding composition and timing, target investor mix, and how they build value. In this Expert Class financing options and successful strategies for young Life Sciences & MedTech companies are being discussed. The focus is on financing options for biotech and MedTech companies until series A financing round. The topics will be addressed from different perspectives and experts like dilutive non-dilutive financing, term sheets, subsidies and vouchers, tax incentives and convertible loans will be discussed. Also the involvement of experienced CEO’s and CFO’s in your Management team will be addressed.

Next to the presentations all topics will also be discussed during a panel discussion where participants also could bring in their cases. During the programme there is sufficient time for networking.

The expert class program is set up in an interactive way such that the participants have also the possibility to bring their own questions and discuss issues they encounter in their own (start-up) company and/or business case. The experts will give you feedback on your questions.

We ask all participants to send their casus not later than May 24th 2022 to leon.mur@iventus.nl.
