In daily life everybody is facing negotiations. It starts already when you are able to speak and to communicate. Learning how to negotiate is not something you learn at school. It is usually an auto-didactive learning program and the outcome depends on your teachers along the way.
During this training course you will receive answers to the following questions:
- Why does one person closes a better deal than the other?
- How can I improve myself in negotiations?
- What makes me a good negotiator?
- How do I make sure I get the best deal?
In Life Sciences you are not buying or selling an “easy product" and therefore negotiating is not always straightforward. However, there are a few basic rules that apply and within this training course you will experience that negotiating is much more than simple bargaining.
Not only by learning the theory but most of all by doing it yourself. And that is exactly what you will be doing! Not only during the expert class but also prior to the expert class when homework need to be done!
Presented by experts Martin Bakker (Bakker Life Science) and Judith van der Zwan (Biotech Training Facility).
