After the success of the first Dutch Dementia Researchers Conference 2024, we are delighted to announce the second edition of the Dutch Dementia Researchers Conference! Alzheimer Nederland, ZonMw, Health~Holland and DEMPACT invite every dementia researcher in the Netherlands to attend this conference at Congrescentrum 1931 in ‘s Hertogenbosch. This year, we extend our invitation to companies actively working with technology in the field of dementia. Join us to connect, collaborate, and inspire innovation alongside the research community. Information for companies active in the field of dementia - why join?
We are designing this program to ensure you don’t want to miss our specially organized public-private partnership (PPP) session. This engaging session will showcase successful collaborations such as SPREAD+ and DEMTECH, explore new opportunities for joint innovation, and provide valuable insights into available funding programs.
We will also give a few companies the chance to pitch their innovation challenge, fostering an interactive environment that connects innovators with researchers. Are you interested in taking part? Let us know (in the registration form)! Depending on the number of requests we receive, we will allocate a limited number of pitch slots.
The PPP session will take place from 11:45 to 12:45, followed by an informal networking lunch, an excellent opportunity to continue discussions from the pitches or speak directly with Health~Holland about funding opportunities.

This one-day conference aims to stimulate knowledge exchange and collaboration between researchers. Furthermore, opportunities to explore public-private partnerships will also be facilitated. All Dutch dementia research will be covered, from fundamental to applied research in healthcare and wellbeing, while also highlighting emerging themes such as technology and business.
The program includes various parallel sessions, poster presentations and engaging speakers. There is ample opportunity to get to know each other and learn about implementation, best practices and target-group participation. At this conference we collectively make a significant contribution to the implementation of dementia research. Keep an eye on the website, more details about the program will follow soon.
