Great MedtechMeeting today with lots of matches

Today our MedtechMeeting was located at the impressive NEXT Delft hosted by DEMCON.

For those of you who are new to the concept of MedtechMeetings, a short explanation. At MedtechMeetings Medtech start-ups get the opportunity to pitch their business to an audience filled with service providers. These companies are all looking to share their specific expertise with start-ups. At the end of their pitch, startups list a set of questions/issues they are encountering. Some examples are:

- How do I get my product MDR (medical device regulations) certified?
- Who can help me to get reimbursement with insurance companies?
- We need partners for our phase 3 clinical trial.

There is a chance to ask questions and after that, everyone wanting to connect raises their hand. Our MedtechPartners colleagues make sure that connections are made and details are exchanged.

Today, after an introduction of Pieter Wiskerke we got an update of the developments of DEMCON’s venture LiGalli by Thijs van Oorschot.
