Streasure4Health is developing the first objective test for chronic fatigue and post-exertional malaise (PEM)—a core exhausting and disabling symptom in disorders such as Long COVID, burnout, and PTSD, affecting over 250 million people worldwide. Current diagnostics are subjective or rely on the burdensome 2-day cardio-pulmonary exercise test (CPET). No objective tool exists to differentiate physical and mental PEM or to determine fatigue severity. This leads to misdiagnosis, ineffective treatment, and poor outcomes. Clinicians urgently need a better solution.

They have identified THE biomarker linked to the core cause of chronic fatigue and are validating a proprietary blood test to objectively measure chronic fatigue, in partnership with leading institutions. Patients perform a light physical or cognitive stress test and biomarker changes in pre/post blood samples are measured using mass spectrometry. Their software quantifies fatigue severity, guides treatment, and our tests allows recovery tracking—something no existing method can do.

Their first product (non-IVD) targets the Dutch Long COVID market (450,000 patients; ~60% with PEM), with a commercial launch planned mid-2027. Expansion will follow across the EU, with broader applications in mental health, post-infectious fatigue, and sales through sports and insurance physicians. They aim to partner with a global glucose sensor firm post-traction to scale internationally.
